Study of adverse road conditions

Adverse mean conditions that make driving hazardous and that were not known to the driver at the time the trip began which include, rain, wind, snow, sleet, fog. other adverse weather conditions, or unusual road and traffic conditions. These conditions may be unique challenges to the driver. These would include:

• Reduced visibility
• Reduced steering ability
• Reduced traction
• Increased time and space required to bring the vehicle to a stop.
• More time consumption
• More prone to accidents and other cause damage to the vehicles etc.
